Hi Highrisers ![]()
,
damshoe here from the Player Experience (PX) team. I’m the PX Team Lead and led the efforts here.
In August, we promised to build systems that improve our player support systems and culture. Since then, we’ve implemented the Highrise Issue Tracker. The system shows all bugs and issues we’re working on, voted on and prioritized by player votes. This lets developers and players to be more transparent on issues being worked on and looked at.
You can find it here:
Public Issue Tracker • Highrise
Thanks to the Issue Tracker, we identified and fixed the two most upvoted bugs as well as fix others. The 4.24.5 release included several top community fixes, including:
We’re proud to say these fixes were prioritized alongside the community, and we’re looking forward to keep that cycle going in each release.
This update went live last week, visit it at Public Issue Tracker • Highrise
We’ve also made improvements to how users can interact with the issue tracker. Here, the goal is to make it easier for the community to voice what concerns they have and adapt their opinion in real-time.
Before, players only got ten upvotes. Now, players can:
Players can now filter by:
Perhaps a player wants to see if an issue has already been recorded or if they want to check up on a specific issue. They can now describe the issue in the search bar along with an ID if they’re already familiar with it.
Our goal is simple: make bug reporting transparent, collaborative, and effective. If you haven’t, visit highrise.game/issues to participate in our community issue tracker. Each time you do, the gap between HR staff and HR users decreases, and it becomes easier to support our community the way it deserves. Thanks again everyone! You guys make Highrise better every day, and we’re so happy to support you every step of the way. #teampx, improving HR together.
See you in the next update.
