IN 4.29.6 (NEXT CLIENT UPDATE)

The next client release is on its way. Here’s what’s coming and why it matters:

• Shop v2 — A big overhaul to how you find and buy things in Highrise. Redesigned shop tabs, reworked marketplace filters, the ability to go from gold directly into a trade, easier blindbox browsing, and refreshed For You and You Might Like rails that surface items actually worth your attention.

  • Why: Shopping was scattered across too many surfaces and finding a specific item took real work. This is the round where the shop starts feeling like one connected place, tuned to you, instead of a set of disconnected drawers.

• Refreshed GIF picker — The in-chat GIF picker moves to a new library provider, with a wider selection and better search.

  • Why: The old library was inconsistent and searches often came back thin. The new provider gives you a much bigger, more relevant pool to pick from, so the reactions you have in your head are the ones you can actually send.

• Multiple Choice Chests fixes — The picker inside Multiple Choice Chests is getting reliability fixes so selecting and opening a choice container works the way it should every time.

  • Why: Selections have been sticking inconsistently and some chests were opening without honoring your pick. This pass makes it dependable, so what you choose is what you get.
